The Student Transition Employment Program (STEP) and the Career Skills Exploration Program (C-SEP) 2019 graduation ceremonies were celebrated with excitement and joy from everyone. For the 2019 school year, RSVP, Inc. had school-based transition services programs in Roanoke County, Henrico County, and the City of Danville. These programs were a collaboration between RSVP, Inc., the public school systems, and the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). These school-based programs combined classroom training and community-based work experiences to support students with developing employment skills that will better serve them for life after graduation. These students are now better prepared for the world of work, have defined career goals, and a plan to achieve their vocational potential. We are all very proud of these graduates for their hard work and wish them continued success in the years to come!
