RSVP, Inc.’s goal is to provide successful placement by first conducting a careful assessment of the injured person’s educational, vocational and medical history and their physical capabilities, interests and abilities, as well as development of a written rehabilitation plan. As needed, RSVP, Inc. can provide in-house testing and assessment or can arrange for outside sources for these services. A vocational evaluation is particularly useful where the suitability of a job is in question, where re-training is deemed necessary, or where a client is requesting services of questionable value.
