RSVP, Inc. is committed to assisting Virginians with disabilities to become or remain employed and to understand the impact of earned income on their SSI and SSDI benefits. Two key staff have completed training and become certified as a Work Incentive Specialist Advocate (WISA) to assist individuals to understand and utilize certain Social Security work incentives such as: 1619(b), Student Earned Income Exclusion (SEIE), Impairment Related Work Expense (IRWE), Subsidy, and PASS.
RSVP, Inc. has three credentialed WISA staff located in Central Virginia (Marie Phillips-Nugent) and in the Southwest/Blue Ridge area (Katie Hachmann and Allison Enix).
